We help you—

Our Connexions team can help you find information in English and can also refer you to the appropriate services within your community such as health & social services, legal information, and employment. We can also help you connect with community organizations within the region who offer supports while you wait for public services.

Support Groups for Caregivers of Seniors
In-person support groups for individuals who care for a senior loved one who is 50+, as well as information sessions on various caregiving topics.
